After 20 years it takes more than a pandemic to stop us! It did slow us up a bit with cancelled projects, travel restrictions, etc. However we were able to complete projects including homeless shelters in Riverside, Fullerton and Costa Mesa, just to name a few.
To date we have endured the pandemic with no Covid 19 infections and have been vaccinated. We managed to keep all of our amazing staff employed and, are ready to travel again!

The primary driving factor at KPI is the rewarding experience that comes from taking someone’s vision and making it a reality.
In 2017 Meals on Wheels San Francisco approached us with the need to replace their undersized and outdated production kitchen. The need for their program was projected to increase from 4,500 meals per day to 18,000 meals per day. They required a facility to meet that critical need.
The opportunity to support such an important project for such a critical cause was daunting and humbling. The success of the project (including on schedule and under budget) was the result of strong leadership from key stakeholders.
KPI is very proud of our role from providing the initial scope and budget for the entire project through design, construction and commissioning support.
