Kitchen Professionals was founded in 2001 by Mike Baldwin building on more than 30 years of success in the food service industry. Our collaborative design philosophy involves and seeks input from all stake holders including food service staff, management, owner representatives, architects, engineers and construction personnel.
We are OSHPD literate and well known for our healthcare innovations and expertise, including our revolutionary room service design. Kitchen Professionals is also highly regarded in the Business and Industry segment. We have a history of success that includes Colleges and Universities, Hotels, Restaurants, private clubs, etc.
Our commitment to continuing education regarding changing regulations, equipment development and especially environmentally responsible design (LEED) and specifications has made us a leader in the industry.
Kitchen Professionals primarily services the Western United States although we are available to support clients wherever we are needed.
As of 2017, we are Small Business Enterprise (SBE) certified for federal projects.
